MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES (MARKED DELIVERED)

By placing an order on this website you agree to all of these terms, including that neither the courier (Canada Post, Purolator, UPS) nor Glow Artistry Med Spa can or will be held liable for packages that are marked as Delivered and are subsequently stolen or end up missing. If a package has disappeared from your property after being Delivered you must report the theft to the local Police Department and file a claim with your home insurance. A refund will not be issued by the courier or Glow Artistry Med Spa, and products will not be re-sent by Glow Artistry Med Spa. If you will not be available at the time of your Delivery, it is best to contact the courier to reschedule Delivery to avoid this potential (albeit rare) problem.

Packages are insured while "In Transit" only and if there is a problem with your shipment PRIOR to it being marked as "Delivered", we will be able to file an insurance claim with the carrier, and ultimately re-send the purchased products.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access or use the Site.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

We do not warrant the Site, its content, or any products or services offered.

Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Calgary, Alberta. The arbitration will be governed by the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

Florida Law:

We aim to comply with Florida's Telemarketing Act and Do Not Call Act. By participating, you agree that we may assume you're a Florida resident based on your shipping address or area code. If you're not a Florida resident, please notify us in writing.

Miscellaneous:

You represent that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement. Failure to enforce any part of this Agreement does not waive our rights. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement, and any changes will be communicated to you.
