By using this website and placing an order, you agree that neither the courier (Canada Post, Purolator, UPS) nor glowartistryshop.com can be held liable for packages that are marked as Delivered but are later stolen or go missing.
If your package disappears after delivery, you must:
- Report the theft to your local police department.
- File a claim with your home insurance provider.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued by the courier or glowartistryshop.com for packages marked as Delivered.
If you are not available for delivery, it is recommended to contact the courier to reschedule the delivery to avoid potential issues.
All couriers are equipped with GPS devices, and the delivery location is logged as evidence of successful delivery.

RETURN & REFUSED SHIPMENTS:

Packages marked Return to Sender, Undeliverable, or Refused will not be fully refunded.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply.
- The actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund (a receipt will be provided).
- A small fee may apply for reshipping the package.

INSURANCE:

Packages are insured while In Transit.
If an issue arises before your package is marked as Delivered, we can file an insurance claim and re-send your purchase.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@glowartistry.ca within 14 days.
- Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
- We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a satisfactory solution.
